Meet Mackenzie!

Mackenzie entered the insurance industry in August 2022, stepping in to manage operations and streamline the day-to-day at WeadCo. Since then, she’s played a key role in growing the agency, developing systems, and positioning WeadCo at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry — especially within the farm & ranch space.

Whether it was traveling the state showing livestock, holding leadership positions at Texas A&M, or learning from her entrepreneurial parents, Mackenzie’s background instilled a deep appreciation for service, grit, and treating people like more than just a number. “Seeing both of my parents run their own businesses taught me that what you put in is what you get out.” She went on to graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Communications & Journalism.

Mackenzie thrives in her role, especially getting to collaborate with her mom, Ronya. She’s passionate about keeping WeadCo forward-thinking and client-centered — always exploring new tools, tech, and partnerships to elevate the client experience and strengthen the agency’s niche in the farm & ranch space.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her hanging with her pup, Georgie, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying a South Carolina beach day!
