Mackenzie thrives in her leadership role, working closely with her mother, Ronya, to drive strategic growth, process efficiency, and innovation within the agency. She is deeply committed to developing her team, empowering them with tools, training, and clarity so they can serve clients with confidence and excellence. Her approach blends big-picture vision with hands-on execution, ensuring WeadCo remains both people-focused and performance-driven.
When Mackenzie is not working, she’s most likely with her goldendoodle, Georgie, playing pickleball or visiting the beach—enjoying the Lowcountry life of South Carolina, where she lives with her husand.
