Hayley Eldridge

Hayley grew up in Pollok, Texas and now calls San Angelo home. A proud Texas Tech Red Raider, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Angelo State in 2024 and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Agricultural Business from Texas Tech! She joins WeadCo with a background in the title industry and experience with the USDA, bringing a strong service orientation and an eye for detail to her role in insurance. In July 2026, Hayley officially passed her licensing exam and became a licensed insurance agent — a milestone that reflects her commitment to serving clients well.

For Hayley, the work has always come back to people. She spent 16 years showing livestock and grew up raising commercial and show cattle with her family, giving her a genuine understanding of the ranching families WeadCo serves. That connection is what drew her to the agency — the opportunity to work alongside good, honest people and help her community and industry secure the coverage they need.

As a Renewal Specialist, Hayley is focused on being a steady, dependable presence for clients year after year, ensuring their coverage continues to fit their lives and operations as they grow and change. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, along with her dog Winston, her cat Glo, and her four fish.
