Erin Ottmers

Erin is originally from Georgetown, TX, and is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Merchandising and Marketing. Erin and her husband, Trae, are actively involved in their community, supporting youth in agriculture, and have a passion for raising purebred Angus cattle on their property in Fredericksburg, Texas.

Erin’s spark for insurance started in the early 2000s when she witnessed a friend firsthand build a captive insurance agency from the ground up. This experience greatly contributed to her dedicated work ethic and motivation for success. Erin went on to build an incredible career with Texas Farm Bureau, where she became great friends with Ronya Weadock. Erin and Ronya always found themselves in each other’s orbit, and as their friendship and careers grew, Erin joined WeadCo Insurance.

Erin is passionate about sales and is devoted to finding the perfect fit for her clients and their insurance needs. She enjoys building deep, purposeful connections with her customers and being a valuable asset to their financial protection. With her expertise, Erin knows how to properly insure high-value homes with luxury features and amenities—all while accounting for the unique challenges that come with owning property on several acres and managing higher fire scores common in the Fredericksburg area. Erin’s knowledge and attention to detail ensure her clients are covered with precision and care.

Erin lives in the beautiful Texas Hill Country with her husband and two kids, August and Garrison. Erin appreciates spending time outdoors, and she loves to be active. She spends a
great deal of her time with her family at sporting events and livestock shows. Erin has big plans for WeadCo in the Texas Hill Country, and she is an outstanding asset to our team. We are so grateful for her commitment and dedication to WeadCo!
