Chris Weadock

Chris’s introduction to the insurance world started early, inspired by his stepfather, a longtime Texas Farm Bureau agent who often shared stories of the relationships and impact he built throughout his career. Those stories—and the sense of community behind them—left a lasting impression that would later shape Chris’s own path.

Before joining WeadCo Insurance, Chris built a diverse career within Farm Bureau organizations. He served as a Regional Field Manager for Texas Farm Bureau, working closely with 19 county offices on membership initiatives, education programs, and local outreach. He later expanded his experience as the Director of Member Services for Colorado Farm Bureau, where he oversaw statewide membership programs and gained a deeper understanding of the insurance industry and its role in supporting communities.

Chris joined WeadCo Insurance in 2025 as a Commercial Lines Specialist, bringing with him a strong background in agriculture, business, and client relations. As a business owner himself, he understands firsthand the challenges that come with protecting and growing a company. He is passionate about helping clients navigate those challenges, offering thoughtful solutions and peace of mind through tailored coverage. For Chris, the most rewarding part of his work is problem-solving and building lasting relationships—many of which feel more like family than business.

Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, especially out on the water fishing whenever he gets the chance!
